Enso Circle Concept: Harmonious 3D Interior Designs

This two-story building was designed for Catherin and Sara Kinner, a same-sex couple in their thirties. The project was inspired by the Enso Circle, which is a sacred symbol in Zen Buddhism frequently seen in Japanese calligraphy. The Enso Circle is also known as The Circle of Enlightenment, Void, Elegance, and Infinity. It is rough, messy, and not even a complete circle, but still beautiful and attractive. The idea is to convey that flaws and imperfections are respected and appreciated. An open circle implies keeping an open and dynamic mind, seeking growth and progress, and putting ourselves on the path to perfection. Catherin, an artist from Japan, and Sara, a lawyer, were the inspiration for the project.
